A Fragile Life Beneath a Parked Car

On a quiet neighborhood street, a tiny black-and-white puppy stood quietly beneath a parked car.

At first glance, he looked like countless other stray puppies wandering city streets in search of a safe corner to rest. But when rescuers took a closer look, they quickly realized something was terribly wrong.
