A Frightened Puppy Trapped Beneath the Bridge

The man followed the sound carefully toward a drainage pipe beneath the bridge.

To begin treatment, the infected areas had to be shaved carefully so medication could reach the skin directly.

Thankfully, tests for dangerous viruses came back negative.
